New PC Rebooting/Freezing

Hey guys I recently (within the last week) built a new computer and it has been rebooting and freezing on me whenever I try to use youtube or play games on steam. There have been no BSOD, the computer just freezes requiring a hard reset, or it will reboot itself. I have already run several stress tests including: Heavyload, Furmark, and Prime95. The computer did not crash during any of these tests. In addition I have been monitoring hardware temperatures using SpeedFan, so I do not suspect the freezing is due to overheating.

OS: Windows 8.1 64bit
Build:
Geforce GTX 970 graphics card
AMD FX-4350 quad core processor
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P motherboard
8GB of PNY ddr3 ram (1x 8GB stick)
Corsair CXM series 500W ATX 12V power supply
PNY 120GB SATA-III SSD
Western Digital Blue 1TB Hard Drive

If any additional information is needed please let me know,
Thanks in advance guys!

Firstly, I'd probably make sure you're running up to date drivers for your GPU. That could cause the problems you're experiencing. Also, the rebooting could indicate a BSOD. If I recall correctly, when the OS encounters a malfunction that results in a BSOD, it'll actually just reboot the system. You will have to disable that within the OS to actually see the BSOD. With that said, I'd also do a Memtest if you haven't already. Let me know how it works out after doing the things I've suggested.

Thanks for the reply, I have already updated my GPU driver and I just changed the settings for rebooting on an error. I am currently running memtest86 right now. I'll let you know when the results are in.
