New PC w/win 10 getting this in event viewer

Hi, New PC w/win 10, every time I start I get below in event viewer immediately, at shutdown I get the same but 10+ times, any thoughts. I get others but let's see what you folks say about this, many thanks to all who respond......Stan

Certainly, it's a bad program ; <invalid handle> says some pointer is screwed-up, a file, a socket, or some object

See this link before you disable "Content Protection HECI Service"
