New to re-download Outlook Express

Need to re-download outlook express. Do you have a link?

Need to re-download outlook express. (Had Outlook express.#6.0)

Had to remove it. Wouldn't work anymore. Keep getting errors=
Errors=(0x80004005,1400) (0x60360acc) Address book doesn't open either.
I have Windows Xp, & I.E.#8.

go into add.remove and click the left side where it says add/remove windows components, its halfway down

Thank You. I didn't know the window downloads were separate from the other add/remove programs. I will go there. I tried it. Thanks.

I'm Back.. I tried that =Going to add/remove= it must of removed, not added stuff.. I lost a few programs, etc. I Lost I.E.8 Desktop icon. (I'm using Firefox search now. I lost Sonic, so I can't put things on my CD's. It says drives are disabled?? Both Cd player & burner are working. I lost the sound symbol on the task bar/lower right. So I can't adjust sound.
Outlook Express won't work because the address book is messed up. I can't read any O.E. emails & Info I saved.. So I.m using Verizons webmail. With verizon, I can't send links like I did before. It sends like webpage/mail.
I tried system restore -several dates. It won't restore. So I'm stuck with with a half working computer. Thanks for everyones help.
