New to site please help

i recently installed and downloaded a game on my pc. At first everything was fine i played for a few hours. Then in the middle of game play it froze and showed a runtime error. Ive talked to several techs and unistalled and reinstalled game. Ive downloaded software updates. Im still getting this message and now i cant play game at all can anyone help me??
