I am having a problem with a computer that has not been used in a couple of months. It has been sitting in an office not even turned on. I went to turn it on and the fans come on and after about 1 second it starts slowing down. I have tried a brand new Power Supply, that didn't work. I tried eliminating the different hardware (i.e. CD-ROM, HDD, Floppy Drive, RAM, and Processor). There is nothing in the expansion slots to remove. Any ideas as to anything else?
No beep codes, no display, fans come on, but slow way down
