No Bios after upgrade.

I tried to upgrade my motherboard with a floppy disk. After I completed the upgrade it wont bring up the bios. When I turn it on the lights come on but no monitor and no beeps. While doing the upgrade it told me to save the current config to the floppy incase something went wrong and it is saved on the floppy but I cant get it to get to the point when it can read the floppy. When I turn it on the num lock, caps lock, and scroll lock lights all come on and stay on. Im sure that all 3 light staying on at the same time is trying to tell me what the problem is. Maybe I have to type something in. All of those lights are lock lights so maybe its trying to tell me its locked. Any help would be great. The motherboard is a SuperMicro P6DBE with Dual Intel PIII 650mhz.

you did an improper flash. You will either need to send your motherboard to the manufactuer to reprogram the BIOS, or use a backup chip if your motherboard has one.

In either case, you either A: used the wrong BIOS update
B: Did not let the BIOS update complete completely

Thus your motherboard is a paperweight as its brains have been erased.
