No idea what i did

So my computer was acting up and I thought well I'll just system restore it to make it feel new again and clean the drives. Wrong. It acted okay all the way through startup the first time. For some reason or another, I left it along halfway through setup. Made my acct, chose colors etc. My PC went to sleep. When I woke it up the desktop was empty and the only things I had were on the start bar. I restarted it and now it won't make it to the login screen no matter what I do. Please I need somebodies help.I can access the startup menus. It came with windows 8.1 but I upgraded to windows 10 before doing this. I also attempted to do a bios update to no avail. Still keeps booting up to the color I chose with a cursor sometimes and that is it. Alt cntrl del doesn't work.
