No sound & no beeping at ram removing

hi this is kittu from india

my system intel chip set celron 2.4

suddenly hanging and not restarting power goes to board but no vedio and no beeping i am removing RAM and LAN CARD and cleaing processor also but
no use.

pls give solution fast.
