No Username?

How come when I go to Ctrl + alt + delete it doesn't show which user name the processes are under?

Also when I turn on my computer my Comodo Firewall says something like "Application cant acess services. Fast User Switching Disabled"

I discovered that I also have no users on my User tab in alt+ctrl+delete
And when I went to MSconfig it showed that the Fast User Switching was Stopped but still enabled

I think I fixed it, I went into Standby on accident then when I came out I went out of System Idle Process and everything went back to normal, I guess my computer was on Idle the whole time ( which is weird because I have been using it :suspiciou )
