Assembled a PC and powered it up. The CPU heatsink fan is spinning but that's all I know because there's no display on the monitor (which works fine with my other machine.)
Can anyone think of any other reason for this other than a defective motherboard? The hard drive is probably not working as well, although it's hard to tell for sure because it's a 2.5" with minimal noise and vibration.
