Hello,
I am planning to purchase a Laptop in the near future, I had originally planned
to purchase one this past Christmas (07) but held off. The newest laptops are
now arriving with the Intel Penryn CPU 45 nanometer. I have read some
about the Monteniva processor that's due out in the 2nd quarter tagged Centrino 2
Can anyone tell me if it might be worth holding off for that architecture and what advantages does it hold over the current Penryn?
Question - 2
Does anyone own a notebook with a SSD? If so how does it perform better than a Traditional Hard Drive.
Question 3 – Has anyone heard anything about a 16 inch and/or an 18 inch screen notebook being introduced to by some vendors this year? If so do you know if they going to be Full HD Widescreens?
f.y.i – This will be a desktop replacement.
Thanks for any responses!
