Notepad, Paint, and WordPad to become optional features in Windows 10

I would use Notepad if it supported dragging text with a mouse. It doesn't so I use Wordpad.

I didn't know this, selected text becomes deselected when you click in the window again. Firefox does dragon drop pretty good.
