Leave the admin name blank and hit enter as Tmagic650 said.

I found a couple of videos that walked me through the process that actually worked 90%, but there still is an Error message, so after working on this for over 8 hrs, I finally took it in today, and she's going to try to see if she can do a System Restore at the store, or something!

After all this, the hard drive will probably be replaced. XP support ends this April. If you can install 2GB of memory, a -32 bit version of Windows 7 or 8 might work with the old hardware

I installed 2 memory sticks a few years back, and it actually runs smooth like butter normally! I also pretty much followed a video yesterday that gave me the proper commands to put in, which worked, but it was for Windows XP Pro, and mine is just XP, so I believe there was an error there...but some of the files were restored with that! Just the wrong version is the problem I think!
