Nvidia control panel

Hi,
Recently I have noticed that my nvidia control panel doesn't reconise my games! It used to until I installed the new 180.48 driver set. I have tried to add to it making sure I choose a .exe file but nothing seems to happen.

I know this doesn't make a huge difference but squeezing a few more fps is alway a bonus.

Any ideas?

probably have to unlock it through regedit. google it, there are walk throughs out there.
