Nvidia Corporation -nv25665 In Start Menu

After uninstalling the drivers for my XFX 9800GT I put in a Powercolor Radeon HD 4890. However, I see that there is an entry in my Start Menu called "NVIDIA Corporation -nv25665". It says that it's NVIDIA PhysX Properties and it's location is C:\Windows\system32. I'm sure I uninstalled all the drivers. What should I do? Clicking on it says that the file does not exist.

did you try going to C:\Windows\system32 and deleting it thier

It doesn't exist there. The file name mentioned was PhysX.cpl.
