I have just reinstalled Windows 10 on my Compaq PresarioCQ-60. I have an HP OJ 5741 printer, all software for the printer is installed, checked device manager and I have the latest driver for the printer. I an using an ethernet cable from laptop to router (Cisco Router). I can access the printer information from the laptop, ie; ink levels, settings etc. The problem is when I try to print using Notepad, I get Print Parameter is Incorrect. When I try to print from MS Word 2010, I get nothing. When I try to print from WordPerfect 15, I get Failed Platform Function EndPage message.
Prior to reinstalling Windows 10 everything was fine. I have tried several remedies I found googleing the issues but no luck on the fix. I even ran HP's tools, nothing.
