Old Firefox Data

Hi I just reset my Firefox browser. A file appeared on my desktop. "Old Firefox Data"
My question is, "What do I do with this file, what purpose does it have". I have done a Google search, but I didn't find all that much. I see no way to use this file or see what purpose it has. Anyone have a answer?

It's a backup file created by Firefox when you "reset" your browser. For more information you should do a search for "old firefox data" from Firefox Help (within the browser itself) instead of Google.
