Outlook 2003 Error....HELP!!!

We are running XP Pro with Office 2003 Pro and are just recently getting these errors on a couple of machines just like 2 or so but when they have a document open like excel and click File-send to (mail recipient) it gives the error Microsoft Office Outlook: Could not open one or more attachments. If you go into outlook and start a new mail message then attach from there it works fine but not from word, excel etc. Anyone know how to get rid of this so they can send straight from the file and not outlook???

Yes everything is updated on a regular basis. We were just looking at it and it seems to be individual sheets i.e. some work and some don't. So maybe there is something in some of the sheets that don't work that are tieing them to a specific machine and when they send it to someone and then that person trys the file send to option it can't find the previous machine. But i don't know right now, just a thought.

I rarely use that function but have never ran into that problem.
Its sounds like a possible issue.

Are these documents being used for collabaration purposes?
