Outlook Express password recovery ideas?

Hi all,

I'm going to be moving some programs over to a new computer soon but I have forgotten an email password, mainly because I've used the auto-complete facility in Outlook Express, so I get signed in automatically.

Is there any program anyone recommends to somehow see my password?
