Page_Fault_In Nonpaged_Area error

I'm getting the following error on the blue screen of death at boot up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

usually caused by bad or failing ram. run memtest 86+ to diagnose. run from a floppy drive or cd for at least 7 passes. a failing PSU can also cause these faults.

I ran memtest overnight and it found no ram errors. Must be something else.
