PC doesn't work

[new to pc stuff]

The pc fans connected to the mother board doesn’t work and the screen is black and no beep sound .. so I really don’t know what’s wrong , so if you could help me . I’ll appreciate it

No beep sound means your CPU is not starting check the power supply & if its good then you will have to change the motherboard.
