PC not going through POST

So I built my new gaming PC 2 months ago and now it won't go through POST. I have tried clearing CMOS as well as removing all non essential components such as Mobo, CPU, 1 stick of ram and video card. Also removed all extra standoffs. No idea what to do now. Help?

What do you mean "all extra standoffs"?
Is it possible that you had extra standoffs at one stage, and now you have hurt the Motherboard?
