pci.sys error while Install the Windows XP

When I try to install XP in my Laptop....At the time Copying System Files, the pci.sys file is not copying & Immediately machine restarting Automatically.....

Pl z Give a solution...

in this case, check your RAM, this might be caused by the RAM. plug the RAM out and use rubber eraser rubbing the pin.
