  1. Wondering if its possible to create a mailing list in Exchange with PGP. What I'm trying to do is encrypt all inbound/outbound messages to a particular mailing list with PGP. I understand all members will need to have PGP keys..etc.

I use FileAssurity-OpenPGP for encrypting descrete files on my laptop.
With it, you can use a context menu to create a Secure Text message.
There are several such tools. Personally, I know of no PGP service fully integrated
into Outlook (where the user's keys are easily managed)
nor MS Exchange (where the keys for all users would need to be accessible).

launch the tool, create the text and encrypt.
select all & COPY - - then paste into the email (or as seen her) or anywhere as needed.= = = example follows = = =
[for this message (This is my encrypted message.Jeff) the encryption is:]

Comment: FOR RECIPIENT - To decrypt this text, copy the content below and press the Unprotect button in FAOPGP's secure text editor.

    -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
    Version: FileAssurity OpenPGP 2.0.2
    Comment: website http://www.articsoft.com

    -----END PGP MESSAGE-----
