Philips Momentum 43 4K HDR Monitor Review

I work in IT and we have a few people who use 43 in TV's for monitors. They have problems seeing so they love the size--and they still have their face 6 inches from the screen ;-)

Like the end of the article says. just buy a better, less expensive vizio and be on your way. this monitor is terrible

Phillips hasn't been a viable brand name in any market for well over a decade and this set looks the part. A decent 40" hdr tv will outperform this for half the price.

Philips have (finally) provided clarification that this model does have DP 1.4 (not DP 1.2a). We were intially told that the monitor port itself is only 'DP 1.2a', but the bandwidth and feature requirements for HDR are actually still supported as long as the GPU itself has DP 1.4 ports (I.e. supports HDR). The intial spec sheets were provided also specifically said 'DP 1.2a'. This error has now been corrected in the written review (and in Philips spec sheets and product balance pages) to confirm DP 1.4 is used.
