Please help with critical errors

please help i keep getting critical errors with my windows xp. the computer will just be idling and reboot itself and say there was a critical error. i have tried formatting and then reinstalling and i stil get them. heres an example of what i get:

please let me know if you have any idea what is causing this. all my drivers are up to date i dont know what is wrong

Both these errors indicate hardware issues especially the 0x8E error. There isn't enough information to give you a definitive answer but I do direct you to the sticky in this forum entitled, "Before posting your minidumps, please read this first" by Julio.

There is a lot of valuable information as well as proactive steps you can take to see if you can solve your issue.
