Please help

Hi,

I have attached a "Hijackthis" to this thread.
I found Trojan horse dropper small in my recycle bin.
I get a blackscreen with no icon other than my recycle bin.
I get the message "Host process for windows services stopped working and was closed"
I also get the message "C:\\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is not accessible"
If there is anything anyone can do to help i would greatly appreciate.
