Please I need best Pcsx2 settings

Hi Guys

PC Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte G31m-es2c
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E8400 @3Ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1Gb (Gainnward)
RAM: 4Gb DDR2
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Screen: "19" PView

I've got the latest PCSX2, I tried playing RUGBY08 on it, with default settings and I was only able to get about 25-45fps of gameplay but with the menus and all the pre-videos its all 60fps or more, so can anyone please give me the right settings for this as I'm not completely clued up about that software, and I tried getting some videos from youtube to help me out but the sttings were so bad that I couldn't even see the text at game start properly. So please feel free to post anything your help would be highly appreciated.

Emulators completely depend on CPU power, so it may be that your dual core chip isn't powerful enough. Google around and see what kind of frame rates other people with an E8400 are getting.
