Possible to have one partition for two drives?

I have two hard drives both from Seagate i have multiple partitions on both drives but just out of curiosity is one partition possible both drives together i mean only C:/ for both hardrives instead of two or more partitions.
 
Yes, it can. They can be configured into a RAID array or as JBOD although I'm no authority in this area. Either way you could have just one logical drive.
 
It's also possible to mount a NTFS partition in an empty directory in another NTFS partition. In other words, no drive letter but c:\anotherdrive for example.
