Power Cut now my PC will not start

Had a power cut last night and my PC was on, now the power is back on my PC lights [ all] are flashing and will not turn off unless I pull the plug whats wrong?

Probably faulty PowerSupply

No luck...cleaned out the modem [ filthy ] un pluged everthing I could find inside left it for a while put it back together press the start buton for 30 seconds then pluged in ...Im back full circle with the same problem

Sadly if the above link did not help, then it must be a hardware fault, most likely Power Supply faulty. I would suggest for you to start with replacing that

I have had the same problem a few weeks ago, one of my computers just can't start up with any usb devices anymore and the other computer i had to reset the bios and change the powersupply

It happened to my computer once... I just waited for 10 minutes and it started working again, only in safe mode.. but it started
