Pri master hard disk: smart status bad????

can anyone here help me out it just started doing this yesterday

which drive is it the main(smaller one with the os) or the bigger one with all the bs on it?? and what do i need to do

do you have 2 seperate harddrives or two partitions is the question, the physical primary drive sounds like it has some physical problems. So it will be the drive set to master on an IDE channel , or if its SATa just note make/model from bios and follow the lead connected to the lowest plug number usually masters are plugged into SATA point labelled 1

i have 2 seperate hard drives one of them has just the os its like a 5 or 6 gig hd and the other is a 200 gig

that means the OS one is bad i assume you ran the 6 gig disk first of all and then added the 200 gb disk right? if this is the case you may aswell contemplate getting rid of the 6 gig disk and either get a new one or install the OS on the 200 gig disk

that depends on how you set it up!

Normally your OS is on your primary. But look at the dip switches on the hard drives themselves.
