Hi, just a heads-up for UK computer users. If you have the UK banking recommended software Rapport installed there was an invisible update over the weekend. The update changed the program name to "Trusteer Endpoint Protection" 3.5.1302.54
This has caused a few issues over the weekend. If your computer has shown problems with log off/shutdown (or, for older computers, problems at startup) then you may want to unisntalled Rapport/Trusteer to rule it out.
If you have problems uninstalling Rapport/Trusteer one simple way around this is to do a system restore to BEFORE the Rapport update:-
1. disconnect from the internet
2. (run restore in safe mode if you have problems in normal mode). Uninstall the original Rapport
3. reconnect internet
