Problem with Dr. Watson and Windows Explorer

When I turn on my computer, I run into problems with this
Dr. Watson program, and I have to turn it off at the task manager.
After I do that, my Windows Explorer keeps shutting down and turning on!!!!
Especially when I play full-screen games.
what should I do?

Note: I already posted a hijackthis list, and my computer is clean

The computer says Dr. Waston has crashed and needs to shut down

it says "Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger" has crashed
could u help me on that?
