Problem with my HD 4870

I have this problem ive been using my GPU for 3 months already when this trouble occured 1 day, until now... When I turn on my PC, the fan of my video card(ATI HD 4870 powercolor) never stops spinning and theres a 3 red lights running... My PC never beeps when it happens and there is no display... The Processor's Fan is running well... When I tried other GPUs it's ok...

Here's my full Specs:
Mobo: Asus P5Q
Processor: Q6600 Core2quad 2.4Ghz
Mem: 2 x 2Gb DDR2 Geil 800hz
GPU: ATI HD 4870 power 512MB DDR5
Monitor: Samsung syncmaster 840Bw

When I tried other GPUs it's ok

It must be the GPU that you have installed is faulty or incompatible with your system
Please replace it with the other GPU that works

ummmm ive been using my GPU for 3 months already... i already checked its compatability and its OK...
