A few months ago I saved a wab file with my neighbors address' from outlook express. Her Hard Drive failed. We installed a new hard Drive, now when we try to import the Wav file we saved on a CD I get an error message.
" an error occured during the import process the import process could not be completed"
If I just try to click on the file I get
"the address book file has been locked by another application. Please close the application and try again later"
What do I do?
