I am currently having laggish and slow frame rate issues with my GeForce FX 5200 videocard.
Also, the quick and easy solution might be that is it not able to handle these games: Civilization IV, and World of Warcraft.
These are my system specs:
HP Media Center PC m7060n
Intel Pentium 4 CPU GHz
1 GB of RAM
Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2
Because of these issues I have reverted back to the Integrated Videocard that came with the machine (Intel® 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family.)
These are the steps I have tried to resolve the problem:
Disabling the old videocard
Reinstalling the FX 5200
Updating the Drivers from the nVidia website
Using the drivers off the CD.
I have tried all these things and still I am experiencing really slow frame rates, however when I am on my Integrated Videocard the frame rates are still somewhat faster, but still not very good. Please help me out! Tell me what to do!
