Problems with new touch screen MP3 player

I have a Sylvania 4GB touchscreen MP3. I'm trying to put videos on it but i have a problem. When i upload the disk and install the AVI converter, I do everything the manual says but nothing happens. My videos aren't converted at all and i'm really stuck. i need to know what am i doing wrong?

upload the disk ? do you mean install the AVI program, your post is a bit confusing, repost and tell us step by step what your doing it may be something simple.

i have mp3 touch same one all it does is come on i touch it just goes to navigation ,flash memory and does nothing else please help im new to this forum if can help

I just bought the Sylvania touch screen - the instructions contained in the packaging were pretty much non existant - is there some place I can get step by step instructions for set up and how to use my new mp3 player???? Also I bought it from Sears and the picture on the website showed 8 icons and mine only has 7 - the icon missing is for games. Any help would be appreciated.
