ok well i have just started on this forum and my friend told me about it says it is really helpfull so im posting to see if anyone can help me with ne good spy/addware removers because my comp has been running way to slow l8tly and has been driving me crazy :hotouch:

Free Spyware program from Microsoft

Go to Microsoft Download center and look for the Antispyware Beta1 program. It is free for now and works good. I use it at work and home. Good luck!
