Problems with spyware. Appears to be a cmdService issue

Run Ad-Aware, SpyBot, and NoAdware. These were the frontal support against this kind of a problem. Also have Symantec AntiVirus with up to date definitions. Once this situation appeared I also purchased Spy Sweeper and added Spy Blaster and the trial version of Ewido Malware to prevent it from getting worse. Additionally I have run online searches from Trend Micro, Panda and MacAfee.
