Productivity Booster: Enable 'Night Mode' on All Your Devices

I have an older Android device without this feature and wake up for work at 2:30am so I installed one of the many free apps that provide a nightmode.
 
It's not just night mode in windows that can help. I found setting all LED lighting on my system and peripherals to red can also make a difference too.
 
I've been using f.Lux for years. It changes so slowly that by the time I get ready for bed, the only time
I notice it, is if I open Photoshop (option in f.Lux to disable it on programs like photoshop).
THEN you notice it big time.
 
HMM; Agree that blue light has physiological effects, but impacting productivity - - that's a bit of a stretch. As already noted, night mode while in a graphics editor is quite a NEGATIVE productivity "feature".
