Unfortunately I was updating my sons ps4 an as it updates he supposedly accidentally shut it off so now when he goes to turn it on the blue light flashes than a gray purplish light comes on an then it goes back to the blue flashing light an after about agee minutes it shuts off an thats it need some help plz
