Question about DRAM frequency

I am using XP( for the moment ) and i change my dram frequency from 667 to 800 in the bios, everything is working just fine, even tho i notice a speed up going back to the desktop. I was curious, should i change back or keep it?

Which RAM do you have in there? Click on the SPD tab and you'll see the specs for the memory. Mine is currently running at 850Mhz (425x2) and has been for 3 years.

can you post a pic of the memory tab
if you don't have any troubles i don't see a reason to change back

I just posted the memory tab above, and yes i plan on keeping it at 800, nothing is wrong, and i get a little boost in speed
