Ok well im having trouble playing any games with this video card over 30 fps ( on low detail ) and im pretty sure my computer can handle it. Heres my computer specs, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesnt seem to help.

32-bit operating system ( windows vista )
Video card information -----
ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
(radeon 4650) pci express
The games im trying to play is world of warcraft, call of duty 4, call of duty world at war. ( i would have gotten call of duty modern warfare 2 but if my ****in pc cant handle 4...)
