I need to how can i check the hardware configured raid arrays through the O/S.
I am not able to find anything which shows which raid is configured.

I assume this is real SCSI RAID and not some cheap fakeraid IDE..

At bootup, the RAID BIOS reports the RAID controller type, the configured arrays and lets you press some key combination to get even more detailed info.

You can see the SCSI controllers installed in your computer in Device Manager.

Special software from the manufacturer is needed to manage the hardware RAID from within the OS (and get any detailed info). Try the server maker's webpage or the controller maker.
