Random color pixels in my monitor

I am using an old gm2200 its my brothers old monitor but it had dvi and because my old monitor had vga I changed to it and in games the signal is good but the pixels change to weird colors.Its not probably my gpu because on my previous monitor I didnt had any problem.My specs r9 280,i5 6600k,ssd 250gb,2tb hd max gpu temps 75 and cpu 50.Screenshots

Consider whole subsystem: monitor, cable, video card, drivers, setup....test each hardware piece by replacing with known good - confirm drivers with clean removal with DDU and fresh clean install of drivers only, confirm setup matches specifications.

Let us know how it works our. (In one case, I had a video card with a bad solder on one of the connectors. Good luck!)
