Random restart - computer recovered from serious error - event 1003

My computer randomly restarts and says it's recovered from a serious error.In the event viewer it's showing a few system errors,the event numbers are 7011,10010 and 1003.Tried searching the net for these but can't make much sense of it.Anybody any idea what may be causing these restarts?

What are the system specs for this computer? O/S?
These events can typically be avoided by keeping your system up-to-date.
Is your system updated on a regular basis?
