Hey guys,
I know someone who experienced the same issue, and we tried the BIOS as well as factory reset techniques, but still faced the issue. Then, another friend suggested to downgrade the BIOS, which again did not solve the issue. Then I reached out to Razer support team, and again in vain, because there was no proper help.
Now, the only option was RMA, but we were hesitant to do that, because we were not sure if we would be able to recover the laptop. Hoping somebody out there has a solution!
