RealVNC Question

I purchased RealVNC Enterprise edition and I am using it for my business, but when the server runs on the workers computer, it opens up a command prompt window, is there anyway you can remove/hide this command prompt from public view of the worker? And I heard you can put a password on RealVNC so you would need the password to exit out of the program, but I haven't heard/seen anything like that when looking around.

Any help is appreciated!
