recycle bin gone

just as the topic title says, my recycle bin is gone. i deleted some stuff X'ed out the bin and *POOF* gone and i don't know how to get it back. i have vista btw. thanks for looking.

Try this: "right click on the desktop then click personalize, once there look to the left pane near the top and click Change Desktop Icons, this is where you choose which icons you want to appear on your desktop, close/OK out and you're all done"
