Redirected myspace

Hi! I am attempting to troubleshoot a problem that my wife is having with her laptop. She has a newer computer with Vista. It has Norton Internet Security installed.

When whe gets into Myspace, and then tries to get into a chatroom, it boots her and the address on the window becomes http//secured liveclicks.com.soft.php?aid=075680&=1&product=xpa&refer=DC77B392 or something close to that. The window displays the typical internet explorer problem screen.

Does anyone have a clue why this may be happening?

Hi I've moved your thread to the correct forum ie Virus & Malware removal

Remove Norton
Then restart
Then run the Norton Removal tool (seeming it never un-installs properly)
Then restart
